The vision for Callie Cat is to feature an original song during the credits of every episode and original instrumental compositions throughout each episode. The song will encapsulate the narrative of the episode, and will look to collaborate with current artist on the song. Each season will have a soundtrack containing all songs and collaborations for families to enjoy even when they are not able to watch!
Theme Song Concept
This theme song concept was created by K.S. Rhoads. The idea for this theme was born out of only having two words for kids to remember in the song: Callie Cat. This theme song concept showcases the core ideas of what the theme song will be for the show, which is to be memorable and a total earworm!
A new version of the theme song is currently in development.
The Vibe of Callie Cat
The song “Back to You” by the Twerps captures the fun vibe of Callie Cat. Though not a song written for the show, the instrumental quality and arrangement choices showcase what the sound and vibe will be like: quirky, silly, and fun. Callie Cat has been described in pitch meetings as “love and shenanigans,” which is absolutely the case. Music for the show will follow that vision and will be immediately recognizable to kids and families due to its unique tonality and composition.

Its stories naturally extend into books that encourage shared reading, board games that foster cooperation, and imaginative play experiences that bring the world of the show into the home. Books
The Callie Cat franchise features a wide variety of content in book form. Ranging from picture books, decodable books known as “Kitten Readers”, and graphic novels.
At the request of a major 5 publisher, the franchise currently has two picture books written, one graphic novel fully laid out, and 30 decodable books written.
Graphic novels for the series are developed directly from the storyboards of episodes in an effort to maintain the flow and pacing of a Callie Cat episode in book form, rather than chopping up episodes and forcing them into picture books.
Games
The Callie Cat franchise is built around family, and its games are no different. Games designed for the franchise are designed to bring families together and strengthen relationships, not strain them.
Rather than rewarding game mechanics such as sabotaging or stealing, our games encourage cooperation, communication, and shared problem-solving.
Cake Stack
Bake! Bump! Celebrate! Cake Stack is a turn-based card game for everyone in the family!
Players take turns using Cake Cards as ingredients to complete delicious two-ingredient Recipe Cards. But watch out! If someone plays a Bump the Mixing Bowl! card, everyone's unplayed ingredients get tossed together, shuffled, and dealt back out. Suddenly, your perfect planning might not be so perfect anymore!
Each member of the Calico family has their own Bump the Mixing Bowl! card. Once all five have been played, the game ends and it's time to count your completed recipes.
But winning isn't the best part.
Every player gets to perform a Silly Celebration based on the number of recipes they completed. Want even more fun? Scan the QR code to unlock a 30-second dance party featuring music from the Callie Cat playlist on Spotify.

Surprise Party
The race is on! Surprise Party is a cooperative board game where players traverse through the recognizable locations within the world of Callie Cat! In this turn-based game, players work together to get each member of the Calico family home before cousin Mocha arrives for her surprise birthday party!
